Our Implementation Leaders

The partnership between the Massachusetts Department of Public Health's (DPH) Bureau of Substance Addiction Services (BSAS) and the Institute for Health and Recovery (IHR) leverages the strengths and resources

of each to promote and expand the Moms Do Care program.

 

BSAS oversees program implementation and development while

IHR provides training and technical assistance. Funding from the

Substance Abuse & Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA) has

been critical to the success and continued sustainability of the program.
